Tony has over 20 years experience of working in the public and private sector, delivering service improvement, knowledge management (KM), communications and website management. His work includes working across multiple NHS and Local Government organisations using KM and collaborative methodology to deliver improvements to local mental health and social care services, creating and delivering national knowledge management strategies and managing government websites and web content. This experience also includes managing complex communication channels, delivering clear and simple messages in the most appropriate media. Tony is an accredited Knowledge Management Consultant, a regular attendee of the Henley Knowledge Forum and Gurteen Knowledge Cafe's. You can follow his blog here

Tony is also an associate of HS Consulting. Formed by Hári Sewell, an independent consultant and former executive director of health and social care in the NHS and writer and speaker in his specialist area of ethnicity, race and culture in mental health. Visit HSConsulting

Recent work includes

• Delivery of knowledge management strategies within government organisations

• Development and delivery of website strategies, along with the delivery of the site content, including training of staff

• Delivery of wide reaching networks via the web including the use of social media to promote and transfer knowledge of complex messages

• Development and delivery of a suite of sites including private log in areas for a wealth management company, allowing for effective and speedy communication with clients
